Renewal Period: The renewal extends your certification from your certificate’s written expiration date, not the date your renewal application is submitted.
No Refund Policy: Once the renewal process is finalized, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Certificate Storage: Finding Hope Consulting is not responsible for maintaining or storing your certificate. You are responsible for keeping your certificate in a secure and accessible location.
Digital Certificates Only: Finding Hope Consulting does not provide physical copies of renewed certificates. A digital version of your certificate will be issued upon successful renewal.
